من نحن. WSH Sweet هو الاسم التجاري لشركة New Wsh Dessert Trading W.L.L، سجل تجاري رقم 216029، دولة قطر. العنوان: الدحيل، شارع السهلة، مقابل محطة قطر للبترول، الدوحة.
باستخدامك موقع wshsweet.com، أو بمراسلتنا على واتساب، أو بتقديم أي طلب، فإنك توافق على الشروط التالية. إن لم توافق عليها، فالرجاء عدم استخدام الخدمة.
١ · الخدمة
نبيع هدايا وحلويات وورداً وتنسيقات وتصاميم مخصصة، ونوصّلها داخل دولة قطر. والصور المعروضة للمنتجات حقيقية، وقد يختلف التنسيق النهائي اختلافاً يسيراً بحسب توفّر المكوّنات والورد الموسمي.
٢ · الطلبات والأسعار
كل الأسعار بالريال القطري وتشمل الضرائب المطبّقة ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. نحتفظ بحقّ تعديل الأسعار أو تغيير المنتجات المعروضة في أي وقت بلا إشعار مسبق، على أن يُطبَّق على طلبك السعر المعروض لحظة تأكيده. ويحقّ لنا رفض أي طلب أو إلغاؤه إذا تعذّر تنفيذه، مع إعادة ما دُفع كاملاً.
٣ · الدفع
طرق الدفع المتاحة تُعرض عند إتمام الطلب. في طلبات الهدايا، الدفع دائماً من المرسل — ولا يُطالَب المستلم بشيء أبداً. ولا نجمع بيانات بطاقات بنكية على هذا الموقع.
٤ · التوصيل
نوصّل إلى مناطق دولة قطر برسوم ثابتة تُعرض قبل التأكيد. الأوقات المذكورة تقديرية وقد تتغيّر لظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا (طقس، ازدحام، أو عنوان غير دقيق). وإن كان العنوان ناقصاً أو الرقم لا يردّ، نتواصل معك أو مع المستلم لتصحيحه، وقد يتأخر التسليم لذلك.
٥ · الاستبدال بدل الإرجاع
منتجاتنا قابلة للتلف بطبيعتها، فلا نستقبل إرجاعاً بعد التسليم. وإن وصل الطلب تالفاً أو مختلفاً عمّا طلبته، راسلنا على واتساب خلال أربع وعشرين ساعة مع صورة، ونرتّب استبدالاً فورياً أو نردّ قيمته — أيّهما تختار.
٦ · الإلغاء
يمكنك إلغاء الطلب ما دام التجهيز لم يبدأ. وبعد بدء التجهيز — ونحن نبدأ فور التأكيد — يتعذّر الإلغاء لأن المنتج يكون قد صُنع خصيصاً لك.
٧ · مراسلتنا على واتساب
حين تراسلنا على رقم واتساب الخاص بالمحل، أو تضغط زرّ واتساب في الموقع، فأنت تبدأ المحادثة وتوافق على أن نردّ عليك على الرقم نفسه بخصوص استفسارك أو طلبك.
- لا نرسل لك رسائل تسويقية دون طلبك الصريح.
- يمكنك إيقاف الرسائل في أي وقت بكتابة «إيقاف» أو STOP، أو بحظر الرقم.
- لا نضيف رقمك إلى قوائم بثّ أو مجموعات.
- الرسائل تُنقل عبر منصّة واتساب للأعمال من ميتا، وتخضع أثناء نقلها لشروط واتساب وسياساتها.
ما نحفظه من هذه المحادثات ومدّته مشروحان في سياسة الخصوصية.
٨ · الاستخدام المقبول
توافق على ألّا تستخدم الموقع أو رقمنا في: انتحال صفة غيرك، أو إرسال محتوى غير قانوني أو مسيء، أو إزعاج فريقنا، أو محاولة اختراق الخدمة أو تعطيلها أو سحب بياناتها آلياً. ولنا إيقاف الخدمة عن أي مخالف.
٩ · الملكية الفكرية
كل محتوى هذا الموقع — الشعار والصور والنصوص والتصميم — ملكٌ لـ WSH Sweet، ولا يجوز استخدامه أو نسخه دون إذن كتابي منّا.
١٠ · حدود المسؤولية
نبذل وسعنا لتكون كل معلومة على الموقع دقيقة وكل طلب ينفَّذ في وقته. ومسؤوليتنا عن أي طلب لا تتجاوز قيمة ذلك الطلب. ولا نتحمّل الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية. ولا يحدّ هذا البند من أي حقٍّ لا يجوز التنازل عنه بموجب قانون دولة قطر.
١١ · القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة قطر، وتختصّ محاكم قطر بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها.
١٢ · تعديل الشروط
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. يظهر تاريخ السريان في أعلى الصفحة، واستمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التعديل يعني قبولك به.

Who we are. WSH Sweet is the trading name of New Wsh Dessert Trading W.L.L, Commercial Registration No. 216029, State of Qatar. Address: Al Dahil, Al Sahla Street, opposite the Woqod station, Doha.
By using wshsweet.com, by messaging us on WhatsApp, or by placing an order, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1 · The service
We sell gifts, sweets, flowers, arrangements and custom designs, and deliver them within the State of Qatar. Product photographs are of real products; the final arrangement may differ slightly depending on ingredient availability and seasonal flowers.
2 · Orders and pricing
All prices are in Qatari Riyals and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or the products we offer at any time without prior notice; the price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment you confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order we cannot fulfil, with a full refund of anything paid.
3 · Payment
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. For gift orders, payment is always collected from the sender — the recipient is never charged. We do not collect bank card data on this website.
4 · Delivery
We deliver across the State of Qatar for a flat fee shown before you confirm. Stated times are estimates and may change for reasons outside our control (weather, traffic, or an inaccurate address). If an address is incomplete or a number does not answer, we contact you or the recipient to correct it, and delivery may be delayed as a result.
5 · Replacement rather than return
Our products are perishable by nature, so we cannot accept returns after delivery. If an order arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within twenty-four hours with a photo, and we will arrange an immediate replacement or refund it — whichever you prefer.
6 · Cancellation
You may cancel while preparation has not yet begun. Once preparation has started — and we begin as soon as an order is confirmed — cancellation is no longer possible, because the item has been made specifically for you.
7 · Messaging us on WhatsApp
When you message our shop's WhatsApp number, or tap a WhatsApp button on the site, you are starting the conversation and you agree that we may reply to you on that same number about your enquiry or your order.
- We do not send you marketing messages unless you explicitly ask for them.
- You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP (or «إيقاف»), or by blocking the number.
- We do not add your number to broadcast lists or groups.
- Messages are carried over Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and are, in transit, subject to WhatsApp's own terms and policies.

8 · Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site or our number to impersonate anyone, to send unlawful or abusive content, to harass our team, or to attempt to breach, disrupt or automatically scrape the service. We may withdraw service from anyone who does.
9 · Intellectual property
All content on this website — the logo, photography, text and design — belongs to WSH Sweet and may not be used or copied without our written permission.
10 · Limitation of liability
We take care that every detail on the site is accurate and every order is fulfilled on time. Our liability for any order does not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in this clause limits any right that cannot be waived under the law of the State of Qatar.
11 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
12 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date appears at the top of this page, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
