حذف البيانات
لك أن تطلب حذف بياناتك لدينا في أي وقت، مجاناً، وبلا حاجة إلى حساب أو تسجيل دخول. هذه الصفحة تشرح كيف، وماذا يُحذف، وفي كم يوم.
كيف تطلب الحذف
راسلنا بإحدى الطريقتين، واذكر رقم الهاتف الذي طلبت به أو راسلتنا منه — فهو ما نبحث به عن بياناتك:
واتساب: +974 3397 7932 — اكتب: «أطلب حذف بياناتي».

قد نطلب منك تأكيداً بسيطاً على الرقم نفسه، حتى لا يحذف أحدٌ بيانات غيره.
ما الذي يُحذف
- محادثاتك على واتساب معنا — نصّها وصورها وملفاتها كاملة.
- اسمك ورقمك وعنوانك وعناوين المستلمين المرتبطة بك.
- إحصاءات الزيارة المرتبطة بمعرّف جلستك.
- أي صورة أو ملف أرسلته إلينا.
ما الذي قد نضطرّ للاحتفاظ به
القانون التجاري في دولة قطر يُلزمنا بحفظ السجلات المحاسبية للفواتير الصادرة مدّة عشر سنوات. فإن كان لك طلبٌ مدفوعٌ سابق، نحتفظ بقيد الفاتورة وحده — التاريخ والمبلغ ورقم الطلب — ونحذف ما عداه من بياناتك الشخصية. ولا يُستخدم هذا القيد لأي غرض آخر، ويُحذف عند انقضاء المدة القانونية.
في كم يوم
- نؤكّد استلام طلبك خلال يومي عمل.
- ننفّذ الحذف خلال ثلاثين يوماً على الأكثر، وعادةً في أقلّ من أسبوع.
- نُعلمك على القناة نفسها حين يتمّ، مع بيانٍ بما حُذف وما بقي ولماذا.
حذف رسائلك على واتساب وحدها
إن أردت حذف محادثتك معنا فقط، دون بقية بياناتك، اكتب لنا: «احذفوا محادثتي». نحذف سجلّ المحادثة من قاعدة بياناتنا. أمّا النسخة الموجودة على هاتفك أنت فتحذفها من تطبيق واتساب مباشرةً — لا نملك نحن الوصول إليها.
ما يمكنك حذفه بنفسك الآن
لغتك وسلتك ومناسباتك المحفوظة مخزّنة في متصفحك أنت لا عندنا. امسح بيانات الموقع لـ wshsweet.com من إعدادات متصفحك، فتُحذف فوراً وبالكامل.
بياناتك في واتساب وميتا
حذفُنا لبياناتك من أنظمتنا لا يشمل ما تحتفظ به ميتا على منصّة واتساب، فتلك خارج سيطرتنا. لطلب حذفها راجع مركز مساعدة واتساب مباشرةً.

Data Deletion
You may ask us to delete your data at any time, free of charge, with no account and no login required. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.
How to request deletion
Contact us either way below, and include the phone number you ordered with or messaged us from — that is how we locate your data:
WhatsApp: +974 3397 7932 — write: "I request deletion of my data".
Email: wshsweetqtr@gmail.com — subject: "Data Deletion Request".
We may ask for a simple confirmation on that same number, so that nobody can delete someone else's data.
What gets deleted
- Your WhatsApp conversations with us — text, images and files in full.
- Your name, phone number, address, and the recipient addresses linked to you.
- Visit analytics associated with your session identifier.
- Any image or file you sent us.
What we may have to keep
Commercial law in the State of Qatar requires us to retain accounting records for issued invoices for ten years. If you have a previous paid order, we keep the invoice entry alone — date, amount and order number — and delete the rest of your personal data. That entry is used for no other purpose and is deleted once the statutory period ends.
How long it takes
- We acknowledge your request within two business days.
- We complete the deletion within thirty days at the latest, and usually in under a week.
- We confirm on the same channel when it is done, stating what was deleted and what remains and why.
Deleting only your WhatsApp messages
If you want only your conversation with us deleted and nothing else, write: "delete my conversation". We remove the conversation record from our database. The copy on your own phone is deleted from the WhatsApp app directly — we have no access to it.
What you can delete yourself right now
Your language, your cart and your saved occasions are stored in your own browser, not with us. Clearing site data for wshsweet.com in your browser settings removes them immediately and completely.
Your data held by WhatsApp and Meta
Our deletion of your data from our systems does not cover what Meta retains on the WhatsApp platform, which is outside our control. To request that, please refer to the WhatsApp Help Centre directly.
