من نحن. WSH Sweet هو الاسم التجاري لشركة New Wsh Dessert Trading W.L.L (نيو وش لتجارة الحلوى ذ.م.م)، سجل تجاري رقم 216029، دولة قطر. العنوان: الدحيل، شارع السهلة، مقابل محطة قطر للبترول، الدوحة. نحن المتحكّم في البيانات المذكورة في هذه الصفحة.
هذه السياسة تشرح ما البيانات التي نجمعها عنك، ولماذا، ومع من نشاركها، وكم نحتفظ بها، وكيف تطلب حذفها. تنطبق على موقع wshsweet.com وعلى محادثاتك معنا على واتساب.
١ · ما البيانات التي نجمعها
أ) بيانات الطلب. عند إتمام طلب نجمع ما يلزم لتنفيذه فقط: اسمك، ورقم هاتفك، وعنوان التوصيل، وطريقة الدفع، والمناسبة إن اخترتها. وفي طلبات الهدايا نجمع كذلك اسم المستلم ورقم هاتفه وعنوانه، لأن التوصيل لا يتمّ بدونها.
ب) محادثات واتساب. حين تراسلنا على رقم واتساب الخاص بالمحل، نستقبل ونحفظ رقم هاتفك ونصّ رسالتك وأي صورة أو ملف ترسله ووقت الإرسال، وذلك لنردّ عليك ونتابع طلبك. تصل هذه الرسائل عبر منصّة واتساب للأعمال من ميتا وتُخزَّن في قاعدة بياناتنا. لا نبدأ مراسلتك لغرض تسويقي إلا إذا اشتركت بنفسك وأعطيتنا رقمك لهذا الغرض، ويمكنك الإيقاف بكلمة «إيقاف» في أي وقت.
ج) إحصاءات الزيارة. نسجّل معرّفاً عشوائياً للجلسة (لا يحمل اسمك ولا رقمك)، ومعه: المنتجات التي فُتحت، والقسم، ومدة البقاء، ونوع الجهاز، واسم الموقع الذي أتيت منه. وإن أتممت طلباً، يُربط هذا المعرّف بطلبك لنفهم ما يهمّك ونحسّن خدمتنا.
د) التخزين المحلي في متصفحك. تبقى لغتك وسلتك ومناسباتك المحفوظة على جهازك أنت، لا على خوادمنا.
لا نجمع بيانات بطاقات بنكية إطلاقاً، ولا نطلب منك كلمة مرور، ولا نستخدم كوكيز إعلانية أو تتبّعاً من طرفٍ ثالث.
٢ · لماذا نستخدمها
- تنفيذ طلبك وتجهيزه وتوصيله، والتواصل معك أو مع المستلم بشأنه.
- الردّ على رسائلك وخدمتك قبل الطلب وبعده.
- الوفاء بالتزاماتنا المحاسبية والضريبية في دولة قطر.
- فهم ما يبحث عنه زوّار الموقع لتحسين العرض والأداء.
الأساس القانوني: تنفيذ العقد معك، والالتزام القانوني، والمصلحة المشروعة في تحسين الخدمة، وموافقتك حيث تكون مطلوبة.
٣ · مع من نشاركها
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها ولا نتاجر بها، لأي طرف، تحت أي ظرف. ولا نشاركها إلا بالقدر اللازم مع:
- مندوب التوصيل — اسم المستلم ورقمه وعنوانه فقط، لإيصال الطلب.
- مزوّدو البنية التقنية — Supabase (قاعدة البيانات والتخزين) و Vercel (استضافة الموقع)، بصفتهم معالجين نيابةً عنّا.
- واتساب / ميتا — لنقل رسائلك إلينا وردودنا إليك. تخضع هذه الرسائل أثناء نقلها لسياسات واتساب.
- الجهات الرسمية — عند طلبٍ قانونيٍّ ملزم في دولة قطر.
٤ · كم نحتفظ بها
- سجلات الطلبات — عشر سنوات، امتثالاً لمتطلبات حفظ السجلات المحاسبية في قطر.
- محادثات واتساب — أربع وعشرون شهراً من آخر رسالة، ثم تُحذف. وتُحذف قبل ذلك متى طلبت.
- إحصاءات الزيارة — أربعة وعشرون شهراً.
- بيانات متصفحك — تبقى على جهازك حتى تمسحها أنت.
٥ · حقوقك
لك أن تطلب: نسخةً من بياناتك لدينا، أو تصحيح ما هو خاطئ منها، أو حذفها، أو الاعتراض على استخدامها. نستجيب لطلبك خلال ثلاثين يوماً، وعادةً أسرع بكثير.

٦ · أمن البيانات
البيانات مخزّنة في قواعد بيانات محميّة بصلاحيات على مستوى الصفّ، ولا يصل إليها إلا من يحتاجها من فريقنا لأداء عمله. والاتصال بالموقع مشفَّر بالكامل (HTTPS). ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة نقلٍ إلكترونيٍّ آمنةٌ مئة بالمئة، ولا ندّعي ذلك.
٧ · الأطفال
خدمتنا موجّهة لمن بلغ ثمانية عشر عاماً فأكثر. لا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد، وإن علمنا بوصول بياناتٍ كهذه حذفناها.
٨ · تعديل هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه الصفحة. يظهر تاريخ السريان في أعلاها، وأي تغيير جوهري نعلنه على الموقع.

Privacy Policy
Who we are. WSH Sweet is the trading name of New Wsh Dessert Trading W.L.L, Commercial Registration No. 216029, State of Qatar. Address: Al Dahil, Al Sahla Street, opposite the Woqod station, Doha. We are the data controller for the data described on this page.
This policy explains what data we collect about you, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted. It covers the website wshsweet.com and your WhatsApp conversations with us.
1 · What we collect
a) Order data. When you place an order we collect only what is needed to fulfil it: your name, phone number, delivery address, payment method, and the occasion if you choose one. For gift orders we also collect the recipient's name, phone number and address, because delivery is impossible without them.
b) WhatsApp conversations. When you message our shop's WhatsApp number, we receive and store your phone number, the text of your message, any image or file you send, and the time it was sent, so that we can reply and follow up on your order. These messages arrive through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and are stored in our database. We do not message you first for marketing purposes unless you subscribed yourself and gave us your number for that purpose. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
c) Visit analytics. We record a random session identifier (it carries no name and no phone number) together with: which products were opened, the section, time spent, device type, and the hostname of the site you arrived from. If you complete an order, that identifier is linked to your order so we can understand what matters to you and improve our service.
d) Local storage in your browser. Your language, your cart and your saved occasions stay on your own device, not on our servers.
We never collect bank card data, we never ask you for a password, and we use no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking.
2 · Why we use it
- To prepare, fulfil and deliver your order, and to contact you or the recipient about it.
- To answer your messages and serve you before and after an order.
- To meet our accounting and tax obligations in the State of Qatar.
- To understand what visitors are looking for, and improve the site's offering and performance.
Legal bases: performance of our contract with you, legal obligation, our legitimate interest in improving the service, and your consent where consent is required.
3 · Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your data, to anyone, under any circumstances. We share it only as far as necessary with:
- The delivery courier — the recipient's name, phone number and address only, to deliver the order.
- Infrastructure providers — Supabase (database and storage) and Vercel (website hosting), acting as processors on our behalf.
- WhatsApp / Meta — to carry your messages to us and our replies back to you. In transit, those messages are governed by WhatsApp's own policies.
- Authorities — where we are under a binding legal obligation in the State of Qatar.
4 · How long we keep it
- Order records — ten years, to comply with accounting record-keeping requirements in Qatar.
- WhatsApp conversations — twenty-four months from the last message, then deleted. Deleted sooner on request.
- Visit analytics — twenty-four months.
- Your browser data — stays on your device until you clear it.
5 · Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion of it, or object to our use of it. We respond within thirty days, and usually far sooner.

6 · Security
Data is held in databases protected by row-level access rules, reachable only by the members of our team who need it to do their work. Connections to the site are fully encrypted (HTTPS). That said, no method of electronic transmission is one hundred percent secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
7 · Children
Our service is intended for people aged eighteen and over. We do not knowingly collect children's data, and we delete any such data we become aware of.
8 · Changes to this policy
We may update this page. The effective date appears at the top, and we announce any material change on the site.
